Sir F. Rogers
No advice from Govr. See however 17/4519 from him.
It is the usual Bill on account of the Marines at San Juan.
Answer that no advice has been recd from the Govr but that as the Duke of Buckingham assumes that it is drawn on account of the Marines in the usual course, his Grace is of opinion that it may be accepted & paid.
