I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch No. 78
of the 29th July and to transmit to you 6 Copies of the notice of
"Examination of Masters and Mates" together with a complete set of
examinationpapers

obtained from the Board of Trade for the use of the Officer Acting as
Chairman of the Pilot board and Harbour Master in British Columbia.
