My Lord,
I have had the honor to receive Your Lordship's despatch No. 7
of the 1st of February 1869, directing me to cause amendmentsto
to be made in the Ordinance No. 31 of 1867, entitled;
An Ordinance respecting Practitioners in Medicine and Surgery.
