Sir,
With reference to my Predecessor's Despatch No. 10 of the 9th
February, I have the honor to transmit to you the copy of a further
letter which has been received in this Department from Mr. Nias.
I assume that the statements contained in this letterand

Petition must be altogether incorrect, but I should wish to be informed
whether Mr. Nias has any ground for claiming a title to the land in
