My Lord,
I have the honor to forward to Your Lordship an authenticated
and two plain copies of an Act passed by the Legislative Council
entitled—

This is a very proper ordinance, enabling the Govr to
appoint Commissioners to examine into & correct a list of lands
liable to certain duties, which is alleged to be incorrect.
