My Lord,
Referring to Your Lordship's Despatch No 54, of the 8th June, 1870, I have the honor to report that by this Mail the Sum of Six hundred and Seventy-five Pounds, Two shillings and Fourpence (£675.2/4) hasbeenManuscript image been remitted to the Crown Agents with instructions to pay it over to the War Department in liquidation of the amount due from this Government for Arms and Ammunition.
