I have the honor to report that in exercise of the authority
given in Your Lordship['s] Despatch, No. 34 of the 2nd May last,
I have this day drawn a Bill at ten days sight on Her Majesty's
Paymaster General, Whitehall, in favor of Messrs. C.W. & F.
Shand Liverpool for the sum of Eight Hundred Pounds, being the
amount of allowance for return passage on my retirement from
this Government.
