Sir,
I have the honor to convey to you Her Majesty's gracious Confirmation and Allowance of the Act, No. 11 of 1871, for the Legislature of British Columbia entitled "An Act to enlarge the time fixed by the Road Amendment Ordinance, 1870," for the sitting of the Court of Appeal constituted under the said Ordinance, during the present year a transcript of which accompanied your Despatch No. 22 of the 10th March 1871.
