Sir,
I have the honor to convey to you Her Majesty's gracious
Confirmation and allowance of an Act of the Legislature of British
Columbia entitled "An Act granting a supplemental supply of $45,967.07
out of the General Revenue of the Colony of British Columbia and its
Dependencies for the Contingent service of the year 1870" a transcript
of which accompanied your Despatch No. 18 of the 25th February, 1871.
