Martin writes Elliot to ask if Grey has consented to publish additions made to the HBC's Vancouver Island charter.
In the minutes, Elliot asks Mr. Miller, presumably, a Colonial Office clerk, to cancel this correspondence from the registry, as it is not intended to
be viewed as a letter. Miller then confirms he has done so.
