I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to transmit to you for the information of the Duke of Newcastle the copy of a letter from Rear Admiral Moresby dated 4 August last No 51, and its enclosures with reference to the proceedings of Comr J.C. Prevost of HM Sloop Virago at Queen Charlottes Island &c.
