I have the honour to report to Your Grace that I have appointed the following gentlemen to act as Members of CouncilforManuscript image for the Colony of Vancouvers Island, pending Her Majesty's Pleasure. Donald Fraser, Esquire
David Cameron, Esquire
Alfred John Langley, Esquire
They are all gentlemen of education, approved loyalty, good estate, and high moral worth, and I recommend them for Her Majesty's confirmation.
