I have to acquaint You that I came here Yesterday from Ireland
intending to leave London as ordered, on the 30h inst. for Vancouver Island, via New York and Panama unless I shall in the interval
receive further instructions, and that until I go my address will be
as above in case of my services being required.

He proposes to leave on the 30th January. So perhaps as he is
within the letter of the permission given him, it is hardly worth
while to say much on that point. Perhaps he mt be told that he
certainly ought on no account to remain in this country beyond the
30h instt.
