I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Grace's despatch
No 107 of the 19th June last, calling for a Report from me on the
claim made by Mr Irving for a refund of the purchase money for
certain land in VancouversIsland
Island, and in reply I beg to acquaint
your Grace that my Report on this matter was transmitted in my
despatch No 14 of the 14th March last, which does not appear to
