My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to transmit a copy of Addresses presented to me as
Her Majestys Representative on assuming the Government of this
Colony.
These Addresses afford gratifying proofs of the affectionate loyalty
of the People of this Colony to Her Majesty's Throne and Person.
