Sir,
In compliance with the request expressed in your Despatch No. 14 of
the 15th of April I have the honor to transmit to you six copies of the
Instructions of 1847 to Governors of Colonies for keeping accounts of
the Colonial Revenue and Expenditure, together with four copies of the
Colonial Regulations, and a copy of the Colonial Office List in which
those Regulations are to be found.

form of Certificate relating to the custody of public money in the
Colonies.
