The last Session was opened by me on the 28th November 1865 and the Assembly continued to sit till the 1st September 1866, and finally expired, as I shall inform you in another Despatch by this Mail, without having passed any Supply Bill for the year 1866.
I have the honor to be,
Your most obedient Servant
A.E. Kennedy
