I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to transmit herewith for the information of Mr Secretary Cardwell a Copy of a letter, dated the 6th January last, No 2, from Captain Turnour of the Clio—addressed to the Rear Adml the Hon: J. Denman reporting his proceedings against Indians in Vancouver's Island.
