March 26 1866 The Right Honorable Edward Cardwell, M.P.
Sir,
I have the honor herewith to enclose a copy, duly certified by the Clerk of the House of Assembly, of an address to Her Most Gracious Majesty, touching the removal of the Coroner, which passed that honorable body on the 2nd Inst. and on the same day was forwarded by order of Mr Speaker Helmcken, to His Excellency, the Governor, with the request that His Excellency would transmit the same at his earliest convenience to Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the Colonies.
