I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to accept and pay a Bill (No 11) for the sum of £100 drawn by W.D. Gossett Esqre Treasurer of British Columbia for the service of the Colony.
