I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you for the information of the Secretary of State that the Paymaster General has been authorized to accept and pay a Bill (No. 24) drawn by Mr W.D. Gossett, Treasurer of British Columbia for £1000 for the service of the Colony.
