In reply to your Letter dated the 25th inst. I am commanded by the Lords Commissoners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to pay to the account of Naval Services the sum of £173.6.8 on account of passages of Rev. J. Gammage, Mrs Gammage and Mr W. Hamley to British Columbia between the months of October 1858 and April 1859, the same to be charged to the Vote for British Columbia.
