Section of the book of Colonial Regulations, I have the honor
to forward a Return of Civil Charges regularly authorized by
Her Majesty's Government or by Acts of the Local Legislature
which have received Her Majesty's Assent,
classed classed under the
heads of Salaries, and of incidental and contingent charges,
specifying the amount expended under each head for each Public
Department, for the
second quarter of 1864.
