My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to forward for Your Grace's consideration a Memorandum from the Acting Colonial Secretary on the subject of theMannerManuscript image Manner in which remittances to the Agents General on account of the interest and Sinking Funds of our loans might in his opinion most conveniently be made.
2. Mr Young's plan appears to me free from objection and I may add that we are under no particular obligations for Services rendered by the Banks in the Colony.
