Sir,
I am directed by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's
Treasury to transmit to you herewith to be laid before the
Secretary of State, with reference to the letter of this
Board of 19th ulto, copy of a letter from the Exchequer
and Audit Department relative to the expenses incurred in
connection with the Detachment of Royal Marines at St Juan.
