Sir,
I am directed by Secretary Sir John Pakington to forward herewith a Statement of Stores supplied from Her Majestys Ship Sparrowhawk of the Pacific Squadron, for Service of the "New Westminster Rifle Volunteer Corps" amounting to 8s 8d and to request you will cause this amount to be transferred in the books of the Paymaster General to the credit of Army Funds.
I am also directed to request that you will notify to this Office the date of your Transfer Order that the Paymaster General may be authorized to receive the amount.
