The Papers have been enclosed in the return to Ho of Commons, a second copy of them having been promised from the Admiralty.

You will observe that these papers contain a proposal of Mr Cunard's that the coal should be reserved to the Crown, which Ld Grey said "should be considered" — in point of fact the coal has not been reserved. I merely mention this, but do not suppose it could operate to prevent the printing of these Letters, which are specially asked for. They are at the end of this collection.
