Douglas transmits to Labouchere a minute from the August 2nd council, and a copy of an Ordinance passed by Council regarding the affairs of the Colonial Church at Victoria.
The minutes ask Elliot to refer the Ordinance to Wood and Rogers.
I have the honor of transmitting herewith a Minute of proceedings
at a meeting of the Council, held at this place on the 2nd day of August, and also the copy of an Ordinance passed by the Council on the
same day, for the arrangement of the affairs of the Colonial Church at
Victoria.
